Morning meeting with one the Business unit to align strategic point. Again, we always end up discuss the technical and detail. Tried my best asking them to focus on the agenda and let the team make a alternative solution in detail issue first before we discuss further.
One of interesting part of growing as a company is delegating. Easy to say, in other hand really hard to put it in action cause it need 2 basics element, trust and chemistry. Trust our team is one thing we can build along the way but chemistry is like a “click” or “aha” sensation with someone. This is about strategic / important issue. For a daily task we can share it to team quite easy.
Joined a seminar in a ballroom, maybe 60-ish peoples there talking about how to do a good data analysis and use it to develop right product. Right product doesn’t mean always 100% accepted by customer. It is more about customer-focus, customer-driven merit with the data development. Good tools presentation, good tools and high spirit vibes there. Will check on the team today, because I back to office in the middle of the event.
Metrics and ERP is two thing in my focus right now, will do our best to make it better.
