Start with a talk with one of the leader in tech. We need to change the working rules to support each other in company, start with each leader. I requested them to talk to other leader outside tech. Create an impact!

There are a lot of challenge in the process of growing. Many sources write it down some phases to experience as a start-up
1. entreperial phase
2. managerial phase
3. bureaucracy phase
4. mature phase
5. big bang phase (this one I added here :))

every phase has its challenge and need specific skills of the leadership. Questions for me now :
1. What phase we are in now?
2. Am I fit for this phase?
3. How is my trust to my leader?
4. Do the leader trust me?
5. How about my team? the team-leader in tech, are they fit now? Can I trust them?

Not easy question but yet not the hardest one. All the points can be answered if the founder sit together and share their thoughts with us!

Yesterday we held a townhall for all employees in company. We shared our new value, our goal, sharing about “lay-off” and our hope for future!
